
Chairman of the Board
Gilles Laverdière is a retired geologist with 48 years of experience in mineral exploration and project evaluation. Before retiring in April 2026, he was Chief Geologist and responsible for the discovery of the Bégin-Lamarche igneous phosphate deposit. From 2013 to 2022, he has served as a consulting geologist to mineral exploration companies. From 2011 to 2013, he was Senior Consulting Geologist for Merrex Gold Inc., where he was responsible for advancing a gold project in Mali under a joint venture with IAMGOLD Inc. From 2006 to 2010, he worked as a consulting geologist, overseeing the planning and supervision of drilling programs in Northwestern Quebec and preparing NI 43-101 technical reports.
From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Laverdière served as Chief Executive Officer of HMZ Metals Inc., where he acquired mining assets in China and led the company through an initial public offering on the TSX. From 1985 to 1997, he held senior management and board positions with several publicly listed mining companies, where he evaluated mineral prospects and negotiated and structured financings for mining projects in Canada, the Philippines, Brazil, and Nevada. From 1978 to 1984, he worked as a geologist focused on gold exploration in Northwestern Quebec.

Director
Mr. Moore (JD) has over twenty years of experience serving as a consultant and advisor to multiple mineral exploration and development companies. He is an active participant in the mining sector, holding substantial interests in more than fifty junior mining companies, including Bullion Gold of which he holds seven million shares.
JD holds a master’s degree in Forestry Engineering from Laval University in Quebec, and is a registered member of Quebec’s Order of Forest Engineers. As a forestry scientist, JD has made significant contributions to his discipline, authoring more than eighty scientific publications in various international and Canadian journals. His research and published work have been recognized within the forestry and resource development communities.
At present, JD is a director of Bullion Gold Discoveries, Caprock Mining Corp., Dios Exploration Inc., Goldrea Resources Corp., Green Canada Uranium Corp., Opus One Gold Corp., and PTX Metals Inc. Previously, he also served as a director of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc., which was acquired by Iamgold Corp. in February 2024, and Fokus Mining Corp., which was asquired by Gold Candle ltd. in April 2026.

Director
Mylène Vallières is a partner at Lavery de Billy in the Business law group. Her practice is primarily focused on securities law and mining law. She assists clients in carrying out public and private financings, corporate reorganizations, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She also served as assistant to the chief negotiator for Quebec in the negotiation of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union.
Over the years, Mylène has honed her expertise in fundamental concepts and issues related to environmental, social and corporate governance factors, and developed a keen interest in advancing these issues, driving her to obtain an Osgoode Certificate in ESG, Climate Risk and the Law from Osgoode Professional Development.
Ms. Vallières completed her Bachelor of Laws (cooperative program) at Université de Sherbrooke and graduated on the Dean’s list with distinction. She is a member of the Quebec Local Advisory Committee of the TSX Venture Exchange since 2025.

Elle assiste les clients dans la réalisation de financements publics et privés, de réorganisations d’entreprises et de fusions et acquisitions. Elle a également agit à titre d’adjointe au négociateur en chef pour le Québec dans le cadre des négociations de l’Accord économique et commercial global (AECG) entre le Canada et l’Union européenne.
Au fil des années, Mylène a développé une expertise des concepts et enjeux fondamentaux liés aux facteurs environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance d’entreprise et un intérêt marqué pour les développements relatifs à ces questions, ce qui l’a poussée à obtenir la certification ESG, Climate Risk & the Law délivrée par Osgoode Professionnel Development.
Me Vallières a complété son baccalauréat en droit – cheminement coopératif à l’Université de Sherbrooke avec distinction au Palmarès du doyen. Elle est membre du Comité consultatif local de la Bourse de croissance TSX pour le Québec depuis 20

Eliane Grant is the Director of Natural Resources with the Cree First Nation of Waswanipi and a visiting Professor at the School of Indigenous Studies affiliated with the Université du Quebec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT).
Her work and research focus on land disturbances affecting cultural practices and wildlife species of interest to the Eeyouch (Cree), with an emphasis on linking traditional knowledge and Western science. She also carries out various wildlife and environmental projects with Cree communities and assists government land users with consultations.
Ms. Grant is a wildlife biologist and obtained a Master’s degree in ecology from the UQAT in June 2024. She is a member of the Aboriginal Traditional Knowledge (ATK) Committee since 2026.

Luc has more than 40 years of experience in engineering, construction, and maintenance in the mining and metallurgical sectors. Throughout his career, he held various management positions with metallurgical producers, contractors, and engineering consulting firms, where he contributed constructively to numerous projects. He led several studies for mining companies and has been involved in projects in Canada and abroad. A mining engineer and graduate of Université Laval, Mr. Gervais is recognized for his collaborative approach, rigor, and balanced perspective on business issue. At present, Luc is a director of Bullion Gold Resources Corp., Mosaic Minerals Corp., and Dios Exploration inc.

Director
Jérémi Fournier has been active for more than 23 years in the construction, infrastructure, and mining sectors. A recognized manager known for his mobilizing leadership and strategic vision, he has led several major strategic projects and actively contributed to the growth and evolution of organizations operating in complex and demanding environments. His strong interest in innovation has also led him to support initiatives related to modernization, operational optimization, and energy transition within the industry.
Highly involved in his community, he places great importance on regional economic development, mentoring the next generation, and maintaining long-term relationships with local communities and partners, including First Nations.
Jérémi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and serves as the designated representative for an RBQ licence.
