
Guy Morissette
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Morissette has worked in the mining industry for more than 30 years and has extensive expertise in exploration. He founded Vanstar Mining Resources in 2008 and subsequently discovered the Nelligan gold deposits in 2013 (Vanstar Mining Resources was acquired by IAMGOLD in 2023) and Moriss in 2010 (43-101 by InnovExplo 2023). He also actively participated in the development of the Hendrick, GP, RB and Hurd and Moriss showings making up the Galloway gold deposit (1.79M inferred ounces of gold – 43-101 report InnovExplo 2023) and the Lake Expanse gold showing. He also participated in the development of the Bakoumba gold project in Gabon.
Mr. Morissette was also the founder of Perlite Canada, which is one of the only Canadian companies involved in the processing of perlite and vermiculite. Since 2020, Mr. Morissette has been acting as a mining advisor for the development and enhancement of the Galloway gold deposit, now owned by Fokus Mining Resources. Mr. Morissette was also a mining consultant for Bullion Gold, supervising several drilling campaigns on the Bousquet project between 2021 and 2023. Gilles Laverdière, P.geo.

Consulting Geologist
Member of the OGQ and Qualified Person (QP) according to National Instrument 43-101
Gilles Laverdiere is a consulting geologist to exploration mining companies, since 2013. From 2011 to 2013, he was senior consulting geologist for Merrex Gold Inc. where he was in charge in developing a gold project in Mali within a joint-venture with Iamgold Inc. From 2006 to 2010, he was a consulting geologist in charge of planning and supervising drilling projects in Northwestern Quebec and writing 43-101 geological reports. From 1998 to 2006, he was CEO of HMZ Metals Inc. where he acquired mining assets in China and listed the Company through an IPO on the TSX. From 1985 to 1997, he has been part of senior management and on the Board of many public mining companies where he evaluated mining prospects, negotiated and structured financing for various mining companies in Canada, the Philippines, Brazil, Nevada. From 1978 to 1984, he was a geologist with a focus on gold exploration in Northwestern Quebec.

Jean-David Moore
Director
Mr. Jean-David Moore has been involved in the mining industry for many years. He acts as an advisor and director of several mining companies operating mainly in Quebec. Mr. Moore is also a seasoned investor in the mining industry, holding numerous significant positions in more than fifty junior mining companies. Mr. Moore was also a director of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. at the time of the acquisition by IAMGOLD. A graduate of Laval University in Forestry Engineering, Mr. Moore holds a master’s degree also from Laval University, in Québec. He is a member of the Order of Forest Engineers of the Province of Québec (OIFQ). As a forestry scientist, he has published more than 70 scientific publications in different international journals.

Luc Gervais
Director
Mr. Gervais has a mining engineering degree from Laval University. Mr. Gervais has 35 years of experience in engineering, construction and maintenance in the mining and metallurgy sectors and has held several management positions in metallurgy departments for different producers. He was also a director of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc., which was acquired by IAMGOLD in 2024.

Martin Richard

Martin Richard is a Co-Owner and Chief Revenue Officer at Carpell Surfaces. He brings a unique
blend of legal expertise, strategic insight, and revenue leadership to the boardroom. With a foundation in business law and over 20 years of experience spanning corporate finance, commercial development, and high-growth operations, he offers a disciplined, forward-thinking approach to organizational growth and governance. His academic background—including joint MBA degrees from Cornell and Queen’s University and legal training at Université de Montréal—equips him to navigate complex negotiations, mitigate risk, and help organizations scale with integrity and purpose. Throughout is career, he built and led high-performing teams, established lasting public private partnerships, and consistently delivered results in both mature and emerging markets. At Carpell Surfaces, he leads strategic initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth, brand development, and market expansion across North America’s sports and recreational infrastructure sectors. He work closely with municipalities, school boards, universities, and the private sector to deliver turnkey solutions that blend innovation, safety, and community impact.

Eric Gervais
Director
Eric Gervais has extensive academic training that will be useful for advising the Company on its future
projects. As a holder of an MBA from Cornell Johnson School of Business as well as a Master of Computer Science from Carleton University, Mr. Gervais has extensive experience both in the business and in the technology sectors. He is currently the president and the co-owner of Carpell Surfaces, Canada largest and only coast-to-coast distributor and installer of athletic tracks, artificial turf sports field, and playground surfaces. Prior to the acquisition of Carpell, Mr. Gervais served as the Vice-President of Product Management for Datavalet, Canada’s largest service provider for guest Wi-Fi. Mr. Gervais also served as Director, Software Development for Immersion (Nasdaq:IMMR), Headquartered in San Jose, California. Mr. Gervais previously served on the board of directors of Vanstar Mining prior to its acquisition by Iamgold (Nasdaq:IAG).
Sebastien Plouffe
Director
Sebastien Plouffe is a finance professional and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in financial markets and project development. During his career, he spent more than 10 years as Vice President and Investment Advisor at the Canadian brokerage firms BMO Nesbitt Burns and Canaccord Genuity, where he gained considerable expertise and success in most aspects of capital raising and management. For the past 20 years, Mr. Plouffe has held key leadership positions and played a pivotal role in the strategy and success of various Canadian and international companies, both private and public, in sectors such as biotechnology, technology, and mining, including Vanstar Mining Resources Inc., which was acquired by IAMGOLD in 2024. He is the founder and CEO of Defence Therapeutics.

Michael Côté Gagnon

Michael Côté Gagnon is a specialist in the management and acquisition of companies. Over the past 20 years, he has carried out numerous mergers and acquisitions in addition to coordinating the management of a portfolio of companies in the human resources sector. Mr. Côté Gagnon holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Laval University.

Jonathan Hamel

Jonathan Hamel sat on the Board of Directors at Vanstar Mining Resources (TSX.V: VSR) from 2018 to 2021, was Secretary of the Board since 2020 and acted as Interim President and CEO during management transition. Vanstar was sold to IAMGOLD Corporation for $45 million in 2023. Mr. Hamel is also President and CEO of Mosaic Minerals Corporation (CSE:MOC), an exploration stage company focusing on critical and base metals in Québec. In addition to his 20 years of management experience that has taken him around the world, Mr. Hamel sat on the Board of Directors at the Montreal Economic Institute, a globally recognized independent public policy think tank focused on proposing reforms based on market principles and entrepreneurship and acted as Guest Lecturer at École des dirigeants – HEC Montréal. Mr. Hamel served on the Financial Innovation Committee of L’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (Québec) from January 2017 to December 2020.
